Pasta With Sausage And Spinach

What should I make with some Italian Sausage and Biscuits?
Alright, I am at a loss for dinner. I just defrosted some Italian Sausage Links. I have some biscuit dough in the fridge, yellow rice, pasta sauce, Ramen, frozen veggie stir fry, spinach (fresh and frozen) and really not much else that could even be a possibility with Italian sausage.
We don’t have peppers and onions, hoagie rolls, or even a pasta pot to make some pasta.
Anyway, I was thinking maybe “pigs in a blanket” by wrapping the sausage with biscuit dough. It’s not expensive sausage or anything so I’m not worried about that, but would that even taste good? I was also thinking about a stir fry with ramen, some frozen veggies and the sausage. However I have no idea what kind of sauce I could have with that stir fry. I really wouldn’t want to use pasta sauce with Ramen. What are your ideas?
Remove the sausages from the casings and brown well like ground beef (just about fully cooked through). Remove from the pan. Saute a small onion, chopped, and a clove of crushed garlic. Add in some dried oregano, dried basil and some cracked black pepper (all to your taste). Stir in the pasta sauce and heat through. While the sausage/sauce is heating, take your biscuit dough. If they are the large sized “Grands”-style, cut each in half. If they are the smaller ones, leave whole. Roll out each biscuit (or biscuit half) on a floured board. Place each piece of rolled-out dough into a muffin-tin cup. Fill the dough cup with the sausage/sauce mixture. If you have cheese, grate some over the top. Pop in the oven at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Either serve some spinach on the side, or put a little spinach over the sausage/sauce and under the cheese before baking.
I made something like this last night (only I used sloppy Joe filling). My husband loved it.
